Before I start about today I should let you know something. I am going through a tough phase in my life and the only thing that keeps me sane at times is some comfort food, thus this is something I try to avoid but am not doing a very good job at it.
So got up at 6 am and had tea with 2 chapatis then at 9 am had medu wada with sambar at the university canteen.
Lunch consisted of 2 chocolate eclair from birdys.
I did feel guilty and that's why I did workout today, danced for half an hour at home. Better than nothing right?
Water intake is low. After the dance shall have one pomegranate.
