HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
let's make it a healthy one!
Breakfast - Tea and four biscuits
unhealthy like hell.
Had chicken for lunch. Then one sandwich at around 3 and lots of tea.
Maggi for dinner.
Just tea for breakfast
I should have had something in the morning. So hungry now! Yet I think getting food is a long time from now
Super unhealthy day. Had Chinese for both lunch and dinner. Lots of work followed by lots of chai.
Don't think I had enough water either.
Anyway, see you in the new year!
Breakfast - Tea and 3 slices of brown bread with some butter
4 homemade dosa for lunch. I added some cheese to add taste.
900ml of water drank.
Didn't go to university today, so was home all day. Blogging and watching videos and catching up on stuff
Had Java chip frappachino from Starbucks for dinner.
Yes I know I slacked off a lot. Its Monday and I promise to be on track. Would be as organised as possible. As much healthy habits as possible! Promise!
Had chicken lollypop, chicken Manchurian noodles and a donut for lunch. So now that I have successfully fucked up my first day of eating healthy. I'll try and get some exercise done today.
I have come shopping with a friend so the phrase "shopping is my cardio" applies here.
900ml of water drank.
Didn't have dinner.
Danced for 15mins. App says that's 78 calories, it's not much. I guess it's okay for the start though. Legs anyway paining because of all the shopping today.
1800ml water drank.
Having a small packet of gems now. Need chocolate for my depression
So I was away all this while.. Sometimes because of work, sometimes because I wasn't feeling very up for it and didn't want to spread my negativity here.
Had tea, bread and some peanuts.
For lunch it was one veg thali shared by two. It was canteen food, not that great thus ate half heartedly.
Had one big spicy chicken wrap from McDonalds
Before I start about today I should let you know something. I am going through a tough phase in my life and the only thing that keeps me sane at times is some comfort food, thus this is something I try to avoid but am not doing a very good job at it.
So got up at 6 am and had tea with 2 chapatis then at 9 am had medu wada with sambar at the university canteen.
Lunch consisted of 2 chocolate eclair from birdys.
I did feel guilty and that's why I did workout today, danced for half an hour at home. Better than nothing right?
Water intake is low. After the dance shall have one pomegranate.
Tea and biscuits in the morning that's it. Planning to do some yoga today.
Had moong dal, 3 small puri and some brown rice for lunch.
600ml of water intake.
There is something that I have noticed about my weight. I haven't actually gained weight in the last 3 months. It is constant. I loose like 1 kg sometimes and then gain that back.
I need to understand what this is.
Had some Chinese for dinner. I decided to have soup first so I am half fool and won't eat a lot of rice. It worked.
Good morning!!! Had tea and Marie biscuit for breakfast. Was planning to have the warm water with lemon but forgot.
Celebrating a friends birthday this afternoon so its going to be lots of cake. However he like fruit cake and I don't. So maybe there would be very little amount of cake for me. That's a good thing no?
Yo. I had like 2 small pieces of the cake. And one Cheese Pav Bhaji with 2 extra pavs.
Yup it's day 5. I just realised that I didn't post this yesterday. Any who, had pani puri for dinner ( didn't count but not more than 15 puri for sure ) and one Subway's Double Chocolate Cookie.
Slept late last night. Got up at 5. Studied and slept again. Now 10mins before the exam I should ideally be freaking out but I am surprisingly calm.
Had Tea and Puri for breakfast and had 2 small oranges on my way to the university.
So I slept almost the entire day. I didn't know I was so sleep deprived. The problem with me is that I cannot sleep if I am not at peace, I am very restless that way.
So I had one banana in the evening and it looks like I'll skip dinner tonight.
Water intake hasn't been consistent but hey I was sleeping almost all day.
Good morning. It's day 2 and I have my exams today. Didn't sleep properly for last couple of days and now it feels like I am forever sleep deprived.
Had 2 glasses of water already is 600ml. So yay! Took some peanuts in a small container in case I feel hungry anytime later. So far good and healthy decisions made :)
It's lunch time. I was craving for some chicken soup but decided against it. Met a friend and had bhel for lunch. ( he had already had lunch. So it was just me alone so decided to go for something light ) 3rd glass of water drinking now. I did finish one 500 ml water bottle during exam. I think I am more or less covered for the day.
Tomorrow morning would try to have warm water with lemon.
Green tea or no green tea?
I am very confused about this entire green tea concept. It is just a new health fad or does it really work?
I mean I am just dipping a tea bag into hot water for 3-4mins. What good would that do? Isn't it more like just adding flavour to the water?
Had dominos pizza and tacos for dinner. I know I shouldn't have but I was upset and needed comfort food. Also walked 3kms and burned 169calories as counted by runkeeper app
Okay good night. Have to be up by 4 to study.
It's Wednesday today but for some reason feels like Saturday.
Anyway that's not what this post is about. I am challenging myself to lose some weight and keep myself in check. I have done this before and have failed. I gave up but now giving it a try again.
I felt that blogging about it might inspire me to do better or would push me to do better.
So today was a totally unhealthy day. Panner Makhanwala with Butter Naan and pudding and for dinner there is Chicken Biryani.
I was tempted to eat one Chocolate éclair from birdys as well. I should have avoided that.
