Tea and 4 slices of bread for breakfast.
Palak Panner and Chapati for lunch with like 2small spoons of rice. I did overeat a little bit for lunch but I was just plain hungry.
Now having some watermelon! :D
As we saw, I gave up after 26 days. *Hates myself for that* but I guess that's the max I can force myself to stay focused.
So let me start afresh from today 2nd March 2015.
It's 11.02 am
I have had tea and some bread for breakfast. That's about it for now
Had Maggi for lunch and for dinner it was Chicken Tandoori with bread.
I know, not a very healthy meal but shall work for it tom.
Have an event in the university so was all busy these couple of days. My work also includes a lot of sitting in front of a computer so physical activities are less.
I'll try and make maximum out of it.
Had a decent breakfast today. Medu wada, 1 paratha, scrambled eggs and 1 banana. It looks a lot but it wasn't really much, had a little of everything.
The event has good food, thus it is needless to say that I am eating.
For lunch I had - some chicken curry with rice and a naan. I also did have some salad and a soup before that.
I tried that trick of eating soup and salad first so as to avoid eating all the junk. It worked.
Had 900ml of water.
Had sweet corn chicken soup at around 7. Didn't have dinner
Just tea for breakfast
I should have had something in the morning. So hungry now! Yet I think getting food is a long time from now
Super unhealthy day. Had Chinese for both lunch and dinner. Lots of work followed by lots of chai.
Don't think I had enough water either.
Anyway, see you in the new year!
Breakfast - Tea and 3 slices of brown bread with some butter
4 homemade dosa for lunch. I added some cheese to add taste.
900ml of water drank.
Didn't go to university today, so was home all day. Blogging and watching videos and catching up on stuff
Had Java chip frappachino from Starbucks for dinner.
Yes I know I slacked off a lot. Its Monday and I promise to be on track. Would be as organised as possible. As much healthy habits as possible! Promise!
Had chicken lollypop, chicken Manchurian noodles and a donut for lunch. So now that I have successfully fucked up my first day of eating healthy. I'll try and get some exercise done today.
I have come shopping with a friend so the phrase "shopping is my cardio" applies here.
900ml of water drank.
Didn't have dinner.
Danced for 15mins. App says that's 78 calories, it's not much. I guess it's okay for the start though. Legs anyway paining because of all the shopping today.
1800ml water drank.
Having a small packet of gems now. Need chocolate for my depression
